Sage integration can be delivered using a number of mechanisms, at Brightwell Consulting we have expertise and experience in delivering this to our customers.
The project brief was to assist our customer to generate their annual customer invoices, including a tailored PDF invoice, email each to their customer and also integrate with Sage 50 Accounts. All data was located in a master spreadsheet, with over 350 Customers. The prospect of performing this process manually or using traditional Microsoft Office Mail Merge was not something the customer was looking forward to.
The solution was a desktop application to automate this simple business process. The initial design brief was to keep things simple, the longer term solution was to invest in a more structured and robust CRM solution.
The new Desktop application was developed rapidly, within a few days utilising code re-used from other customer solutions. At Brightwell Consulting we have a large portfolio of software solutions and can re-use code to significantly reduce development times.
The deployment of the solution was a simple one, with in excess of 350 Invoices raised, emailed and imported into Sage Accounts with a few hours, once extremely happy customer.
